First, you have to fly to the moon, to the landing zone Sanctuary. Then turn right in the direction of Anchor of Light to the Temple of Crota.
Go deep down in the Temple of Crota to the World’s Grave area. Down there you will find the wanted opponent, Shun’Gath, the Excised. Kill him and you get the Fangs of Shun’Gath.
