Dragon’s Dogma Director Declares That His Next Project is “Definitely Ahead Of Last Year”
Although there is limited information, rumours of a Dragon’s Dogma 2 have been going around for some time. Hideaki Itsuno, Capcom’s designer, tweeted a brief update about the potential sequel.
Itsuno, as spotted by Gaming Bolt, tweeted his new-year greetings, along with remarks that his next project was “definitely ahead of last year” while asking everyone to “Please Look Forward to It.” While he didn’t specify any project or game with his words, it has sparked speculations about what it might be, primarily Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Other than the eagerly awaited Dragon’s Dogma 2nd, some others suggested that Itsuno’s talk of a possible Devil May Cry 6 project. Itsuno is also well-known for his role as Devil May Cry 5’s director of games, the last project he worked on.
