Diablo II: Resurrected’s support continues after launch. The next step in its journey will bring long-awaited ladder rank play for the hack and slash role-playing game. This will make Patch 2.4 PTR release hot topic among players.
Diablo 2: Resurrected’s PTR patch 2.4 release date marks the first chance to test the latest balance changes. These change target underused skills while allowing the desert mercenary to break from killing demonic demons and boost the three other potential allies.

Although a PTR update was set for January 12, Global Community Development Lead Adam Fletcher stated that the update covered any upcoming database and server changes.
After a delay in releasing a vague launch date for Diablo 2: Resurrected, Blizzard now confirms that the patch 2.4 PTR release date has been set to January 25, after which it had to wait.

However, the developer noted that ranked ladder play wouldn’t be included in the patch’s PTR cycle. This cycle focuses on a large number of balance changes. These can all be found in the patch notes article.
