Battlefield2042 is the title that marks the return of modern combat in the series. It is a multiplatform, cross-generational release. A part of the community wants to know if Battlefield2042 will be available on the Xbox Games Pass PC at launch.

Battlefield 2042 will be available Xbox Games Pass on PC to enable players to try the first-person shooter before purchasing.

Microsoft’s subscription service for video games has grown in size over the past few years, so it’s not surprising that Battlefield 2042 could be included on Xbox Game Pass.

Battlefield 2042 is not coming to Xbox Game.s Pass PC or any other subscription service at launch. It was not mentioned during the reveal, and Microsoft’s messaging is quite clear regarding Games Pass.

You will need to make a traditional purchase or subscribe to EA Play Pro to have permanent access at launch.

Xbox Games Pass for PC gives access to regular EA Play. This means subscribers will have access to Battlefield 2042’s open beta and will be able to play the game for up to 10 hours. You’ll need to choose one of the options below after those hours have expired.

EA Play will make Battlefield 2042 available in its standard version. Xbox Games Pass users on PC will also access it once that happens. Electronic Arts hope the game will redeem the series, which may take some time after Battlefield V splits its community.
