WASD is a new London Gaming Event – Buy Discounted Tickets
WASD, a new gaming event in London, will be held from April 9 to 9. The event is held at Tobacco Dock, Wapping. It can be reached easily via the DLR and overground train lines. GAMINGbible will be attending the event in some capacity as a media partner in WASD 2022. We can chat and play, and maybe even film.
WASD will focus mainly on exciting new and forthcoming indie titles. A wealth of well-known developers and publishers will also be showcasing their latest experiences over the three-day event. SEGA’s new Two Point Campus will be on display, allowing attendees to explore managing a university. The WASD will be where anyone can get hands-on experience with the successor of the wildly popular Two Point Hospital. SEGA will also show Football Manager 2022 as well as Humankind.
The never-dull Devolver will also be showcasing Shadow Warrior 3 (our review), Trek to Yomi (our review), and Cult of the Lamb (our review); Toge Production’s highly-anticipated Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly (our coverage of the original game); and Team17, will be letting players try their hand at the difficult Thymesia (which will attract Dark Souls enthusiasts). The Ship of Fools is also on display by the same publisher. This co-op roguelike will be playing in the world at WASD.
Oaken, Grapple dog, Die By the Blade and Post Void are just a few of the other intriguing and attractive games that will be on display – you can see the complete list right here.
You’ll find playable video games by developers you know as well as new teams (such as the beauty and potential for discovery – this event is limitless). WASD offers a variety of board games that you can sit down with and several fascinating panels where you can ask questions. There will also be exclusive merchandise at the end. Has a list of all the events.
We are curious as to what all this costs. The prices for WASD start from PS22 for a single-day pass. Three days of WASD passes will cost you PS45. This is very affordable indeed. A 20% discount for students, a Super Pass which gives you nice merch and a bonus aftershow event, which promises a live RPG and Jenga experience for a bargain sum of just PS7. All these ticket options are available on this page.
GAMINGbible, a media partner to WASD, will host some activity from Tobacco Dock. GAMINGbible also plans to publish some highlights of the event and have conversations with developers over the next few days. As a bonus, all WASD ticket buyers who enter the code BIBLE22 at checkout will be given a 25% discount. This discount does not apply to industry passes or tickets for the evening event. Don’t delay!
You can follow WASD socially on Facebook, Google+, and Facebook. The official website is here. We look forward to seeing you at the inaugural WASD in just weeks!
