Mod Trailer Imagines Street Fighter V in a World where Fei Long Was
Fei Long has not been in Street Fighter since Super Street Fighter IV, and earlier in the year, there was some scuttlebutt over whether he would ever return to this franchise. Capcom composer Daniel Lindholm suggested that the character’s similarity to Bruce Lee, a martial artist, was probably why he never appeared in Street Fighter V.
Lee’s family denied any dispute. However, Fei Long is not yet in Street Fighter V. Based on the leaks that we have seen. It doesn’t appear like he’s going to appear in Street Fighter 6. Fans can still dream despite all of this. However, not everyone is content with imagining a world in Street Fighter V. Some have made a mod to add Fei Long to the game, but it is not yet playable.
This mod is from the Street Fighter V Champion Edition Mysterious MOD. They created a model for Fei Long and a moveset to go with the PC version. The trailer shows the character’s fighting style and the V-triggers and V-skills that the group created. The character is not playable in the mod. It is still interesting to see what it would have looked like if Fei Lang had joined the roster when Capcom was still adding characters.
