THREE NEW PLANETS
Now that we have space travel, we’re celebrating by adding three new planets — every a very different biome modelled and created using scientific information.

GEMINI — Gliese 581 G
Among the”Holy Grail” planets, Gemini is considered to be a Super Earth by scientists, since it orbits in Gliese 581’s Goldilocks Zone. Gemini is a lush and beautiful world with strange puzzles to find

SERAPH — Gliese 581 C — Coming Soon
A hot Super Earth, Seraph has a compact, heated atmosphere and is teaming with lifetime.

LUTARI — Shepard Moon of Theseus Prime 581 B
Sits directly at the edge of the gas giant’s earrings. Much like the planet’s moon, Lutari has no atmosphere and it’s low gravity makes easy traversal comparatively easy.

COLONIZE GLIESE 581
The main mode of Osiris: New Dawn is currently considering”Colonize” mode where you must explore, discover, and colonize every planet and moon in the solar system. Set drone up mining lines, establish bases, and the docs at every world on your area channel, going planetside by utilizing your vehicles. Once on the outside harvest minerals, gasses, and plants on your bio-farms, all while steering clear of the countless hazards of space in this new frontier. The Explorer Update marks the beginning of the manner, and will always get more robust with additional developments.
HUGE PERFORMANCE AND GRAPHICS IMPROVEMENTS
Massive FPS increase and complete graphics overhaul delivers a visual treat at super high frame rates, also with planets full of foliage, animals, and trees. This is all possible because of elegant shaders, substances, and Unity’s new Article Processing stack. We’ve refined the camera systems, lighting systems, and terrain to get the highest levels of detail possible, all with lightning quick speeds.
UPDATED MAIN MENU AND PLAYER HUD SYSTEM
Since we are in the process of adding new Colonize and Mission manners, the Main Menu UI has been completely reworked to allow you to see and survey the solar system, in addition to readily review your avatar and explore the available missions in Mission Mode. We have also updated the in game HUD and UI to permit back inspection whilst traversing and while in automobiles, alongside other countless improvements, repairs, and tweaks.

CHANGES AND FEATURES ON HOLD
We listen very carefully to our players, and take into account all one of a kind enquiries and feedback. Some features we’ve added throughout our time in Early Access didn’t detract as much as others, causing these specific features to be currently on hold.
— SKILL TREE — will probably be replaced by a new system that is suitable for the subject matter closer.

— CLASSES — May come back in Deadly Mode, but so as to make classes rewarding would choose the sport in a really specific direction, relying much more on character advancement and specialized course abilities. We’re not confident that this would/has added into the game.

— PUBLIC PVP SERVERS — This can be tough one — we found that attempting to explore a new world while getting assaulted and shot at by other explorers does not match the soul and subject matter of the match. We enjoy PVP, and are considering other methods of adding a PVP manner, maybe in a custom server option.

— MALE/FEMALE/SHAPE CUSTOMIZATIONS ON AVATARS — As much as we enjoy these attributes, we opted to put them on hold so as to get the distance travel and fresh Main Menu approaches in. These will likely be added back in the forthcoming upgrades.

— A number of AVATARS — Having many different avatars makes the upcoming modes somewhat helpless, so we’re exploring the notion of one astronaut avatar in the game — we are hoping this adds more value to your avatar and player progression, while also allowing for versatility on your personal universe by allowing you to play your avatar in any Mission or even Universe. Depending on how this goes, we may bring back multiple avatar banks in Creative/Custom Server manner, which we’d like to keep on our roadmap.
ROADMAP
The following features are at the top of our development list, the majority of which are coming along quite well and simply have to be added to our main development branch.

Craftable Spaceships, Rockets, Robotics, and Land Vehicles — The Laboratory will end up a giant, fully operational crafting center which will create an assortment of parts for high tech machines. You’ll be able to fully customize different types of spacecraft, land vehicles, and drones, all with specific skills and possessions that will help you purge the solar system.

AI/Combat Improvements — Creature grappling, smarter pathfinding, and stealth battle, have been explored and will be coming soon to produce the battle in Osiris truly visceral and terrifying.

Solar System Creator — Customize your very own solar system, along with planets and stars, to play and share with your friends! Decide what minerals, flora and fauna, air, and animals you select on each planet, provided it works superbly.
