Blizzard loves to decode secrets and references in its campaigns. Listed below are a Couple of of the funniest

Unlock the Wings of Liberty secret mission

Throughout The Media Blitz mission guide your Odin mech into the bottom from the map and ruin the science center at the end of the road. Pick up the documents that come out of the wreckage and look out for the key assignment Piercing the Shroud on the mission select screen. You need to finish it before going to Char.

Meet Diablo

In Wings of Liberty, during the fiery Devil’s Playground mission head to the bottom right of the map to locate Diablo. You can’t kill him or interact with him whatsoever, but there he is.

In Heart of the Swarm at the Roach Evolution assignment once you’ve evolved and are going towards another set of enemies, then keep a watch out for the containment chambers on the top wall of this facility. Diablo’s chilling out in a few of those also.

Locate Ewoks at Legacy of the Void

In The assignment Unsealing the Past, set on Endion, you can find Ewoks all around the place, huddling around camp fires and hiding behind trees.

There’s Also a Jurassic Globe reference in this level. There’s an’enhanced breed’ blue Zerg monster called Indomilisk Rex, a pastiche of Indominus Rex from the film.

Locate the Tauren Marine

In The assignment Zero Hour clear out the Zerg infestation at the top left of the map. According to Alivetalk, proceed beyond it and you’ll find a level 80 Tauren marine in power armour. Treasure your short time with him, because your appearance causes him to become a nearby bathroom rather than come out.

In Legacy of the Void, at the Templar’s Charge assignment, move your foundation platform up, up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right. The Tauren Marine lands with a nuclear explosion and you can control him as a unit.

Blizzard has been quiet about StarCraft’s long run, but you never know, we may hear something at Blizzcon 2018.
