Storyline
The game’s storyline depicts a fictionalized London which is represented as an open world. The free Watch Dogs Legion PC and the bought version of the game which is the first to be released is played as a third-person game.
Though it is played from a third-person perspective, multiple characters can be enlisted as the game progresses. However, you can lose these characters permanently if you are not making well-planned and tactical moves.

The storyline of the game is that an authoritarian regime or task force that has taken over the entire United Kingdom while a hacker group’s subdivision based in an alternate London, DedSec combats the regime with the help of its avant-garde surveillance system named ctOS.
The DedSec requires allies who will help them in overthrowing the regime. These allies will form the resistance force where every character in the force have their own set of skills and unique background that will influence the game’s progress which also makes it the game’s salient feature.
Gameplay
The gameplay reflects some of the noteworthy boroughs, cultural styles, and also the landmarks of the London city. The main setting of the game is in a surveillance state that further influences the lifestyle of the people with very limited privileges and human rights.
The activities of the citizens are constantly monitored by Albion which is a private security organization acting as law enforcement. The player can navigate the city using vehicles, or through the underground stations of the city or simply by foot.
The game PC differs from its predecessors in the series where the previous ones were mainly single player games. This game, however, provides the liberty of controlling multiple characters that appear in the setting of the Watch Dogs Legion game.
Adding on to the list of challenges that the player must overcome in the game that makes the game even more interesting is the fact the multiple characters need convincing to join your legion.

The player has to recruit each character through unique missions that differ from one character to another. After recruiting the character they are segregated into either of the three classes namely stealth, combat, or hacking.
These three classes further have their own sets of equipment. Moreover, once the character completes missions and activities successfully, they can be upgraded as the game progresses. Every character has its own set of traits as well.
For instance, a character could be an adrenaline junkie who is willing to take greater risks or a character who specializes in drones and has the knack to destroy them. The players can further customize these characters with their preferred choice of clothing and weapons.
