You need to finish Just Cause 4 with 100% and open all trophies? At that point you need to slam with a plane in another plane!
Crash into a flying airplane
To complete this trophy, there are several ways, many of which end so that you exploded by plane. Even if that happens, the trophy will be unlocked.
We went to the airport in Islas Intichayes and grabbed a small jet. Then roll on the runway, slowly. If you see another plane approaching, accelerate and take off. Just head for the other plane and ram it.
If you do not explode immediately, jump off and save yourself.
