Unlock the Dreaming City – All Steps
Step 1 (00:00): Collect the remaining talisman fragments in the Lost Sectors of Tangled Shore.

Step 2 (03:59): Kill Taken to absorb the darkness. On the other hand, the lost sector on IO is very good for it, about 16-17% per Clear.
