Nintendo announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be getting an Expansion Pass when the game releases for the Nintendo Switch on December 1.
The growth pass will retail for $29.99 and will give access to the material packs that are downloadable as they are released:
December 2017 — Confirm Items for Your Travels
January 2018 — New Quests for its Main Game
Spring 2018 — New Rare Blade
Summer 2018 — New Challenge Battle Mode
Fall 2018 — A Brand-New Story and Adventure
The packs won’t be readily available for purchase. It’s best if you purchase the Season Pass to get each the contents that are above.
