Globe of Tanks Blitz barrels into War Pass territory with Operation Onslaught

Announced along with a YouTube video on Thursday, April 30, World of Tanks Blitz’s inaugural Battle Pass — branded Operation: Onslaught — presents 40 tiers for gamers to blast through.

Like Fight Passes in games, fans are tasked with completing battle missions and challenges, which will earn them stamps that enable them to advance through its various phases. Gamers will be rewarded with prizes for attaining Battle Pass tiers, including cosmetics XP, and much more, based on which of the Premium and Free variations you select up. When specific milestones are checked off their list, players are rewarded by the Free Battle Pass campaign with in-game items.

Gold, a 25 percent reduction on tanks, and Premier Account days are a few of the prizes on offer. The Premier Battle Pass — which will cost $5 — will hand out gongs . Two rewards will be the Covenanter mild and Thunder tanks, that can be British grade IV and Soviet Tier VI automobiles respectively.

The Fight Pass of the game will go live on Friday and will run until Friday, May 29. World of Tanks Blitz is joining the Battle Pass ranks using its first tier-based content, programmer Wargaming has revealed.

Alongside this reveal, Wargaming also detailed its Golden Week programs for Planet of Tanks Blitz.

Continuing their collaboration with Bandai Namco, the world of Blitz will collide with anime show Ladies und Panzer to bring two new vehicles to the fray.

The Firefly Saunders SP and IS-2 Pravda SP tanks are readily available to try out in-game , so dive into Blitz to see how they manage.
