Epic nerf Fortnite aim assist on PC yet again
Here we go again — yet another documented nerf to control aim help on PC in Fortnite. Can this one be sufficient to satisfy the mouse and keyboard (KBM) community? Will it be the last iteration of goal assist? Probably not, but let’s get right into it.
This update flew beneath the radar for most players, since Epic didn’t officially announce that change to the public. Data miners reported about the change together with the updated documents, and experts started to test it out.

This appears to be a comparatively large nerf, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens when controller players get their hands on the updated values. According to early reports, console gamers should be unaffected.
Sooner or later, it seems like Epic are going to nerf aim help on PC to the point where it will be beneficial to use a console. This is somewhat hyperbolic but could be a valid outcome.
