Bethesda published a little hotfix update for Fallout 76 today. We have the entire patch notes with this update on June 2nd.
Fallout 76 Update 1.39 can now be downloaded and installed. The upgrade on the PS4 is 210 MB.

Official announcement: We are going to deliver Fallout 76 offline across all platforms beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET tomorrow, June 2, to perform maintenance. During downtime, we are likely to launch a fix for the dupe problem that was affecting Vending Machines and Display Cases, and then we will re-enable those features once maintenance is complete.
