PETE HINES & JESSICA FINSTER PRECONCERT HYPE
A pre-show was hosted by Jessica Finster, senior community manager and Pete Hines SVP of global Marketing & Communications. They shared their experiences and memories with Skyrim. They also did some giveaways to spice it up.
Pete Hines shared with viewers that his most fond memories date back to before Skyrim was published. Bethesda employees feel a sense of urgency when the vision for a new game begins to emerge. Pete Hines treasures these “reveal moments”.
Pete Hines (43.44): Todd loves that big reveal moment. It was something that I will always remember. It was a proud moment when I killed a dragon at home, playing for funsies.
Jessica Finster had a slightly different experience. When Skyrim was being developed, she started her career in the QA team. It must have been daunting to be new to the company right before the release of the game of the century. Jessica Finster recalls her feelings that day.
