According to reports, ‘Mirror’s Edge’ will soon get a remaster
Mirror’s Edge will get a remaster. Our first glimpse at the remaster will take place at The Game Awards 2021.
Mirror’s Edge. Mirror’s Edge is one of your favourite games, but you haven’t played it in years. The game was released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 in 2008. It is set in a futuristic, sparkly city. There is no need to worry about anything. The oppressive government has made it possible for citizens and media to live in peace. Faith Connors is the protagonist. She is a Runner who distributes contraband goods and private data throughout the city without the police.
It is a thrilling mix of platforming and first-person parkour where the player must avoid her enemies and keep momentum by performing acrobatic maneuvers. Upon its release, the setting received a lot of praise for its striking, bold lines and bold colours. The soundtrack is also a hit.
MMirror’sEdge Catalyst was a retelling of FFaith’sorigin story that came out five years ago but didn’t have the same impact as the original game. EA France was rumoured to have teased a new Mirror’s Edge entry earlier this year but quickly clarified that it wanted to play a guessing contest with its followers. Rumours have died down, but an anonymous user on 4chan claims there is a remaster Mirror’s Edge in the works.
It’s 4chan. But it is not the fountain of all knowledge. Mirror’s Edge is not available on PlayStation for now. You can play it on the Xbox Series X or Series S with backwards compatibility. If you have a Nintendo Switch, you are out of luck.
This Mirror’s Edge Remaster was also included in the leaked list from Nvidia GeForce Now, which increases the claim’s credibility. It’s possible that this is already in existence and will be made available to PC players. This would be a great opportunity. We should keep our fingers crossed that there will be any confirmation…
