Hilarious Warzone Bug Turned Pro Player Into Plane During $75K Tournament
The Competitive Warzone tournaments can be a delight to watch. Sometimes they are pretty absurd and make no sense. To the community’s delight, tournament organizers have begun hosting events on Caldera as Season1 of battle royale.
CARNAGE Clan member, pro Warzone player Buzro’ competed in a $75,000 Twitch Rivals Event where they ran into a bug that made the player turn into a plane. They wanted to return to the action after winning their Gulag but couldn’t because their game crashed.
Buzo’s transformation into the re-deployment plane seems completely random. The player changed from a plane into a parachuter five more times as they approached the ground.
Buzo remained cool despite being in a high-stakes tournament. The tournament administrators realized what had happened and decided to postpone it. Many players in the esports community were upset by what had just happened and voiced their dismay.
Aydan, Warzone’s highest-earning player, tweeted “in disbelief” that tournaments were even held. Raven Software must address these issues to ensure that events like Twitch Rivals have a competitive edge with prize money up to $75,000
Should Warzone Tournaments be Postponed
MRKN Knight, a former Warzone pro, suggested that tournaments be postponed to ensure the experience is not damaged. This implies that the whole competitive scene should be suspended while Raven Software tries to solve these game-breaking issues. Although it is not the best solution, it is possible to have a fair play when these problems can arise from nowhere.
While we wait for the patch to fix the problem, you can still check out the upcoming Operators and the unreleased Season 1 weapons, which should be available very soon.
