Play as Taipei City vigilante Liao Tianding (also known as Liāu Thiam-Ting), who is sought by the Japanese colonial authority. As Taiwan’s renowned criminal, he would rob the wealthy, feed the underprivileged, and battle for justice on the streets of Taipei in the early 20th century.
