Rather, the struggle for world dominance had merely been pushed underground, into the realm of terrible acts of terror and clandestine operations. A new force sprang into this battleground.
Under the pretences of information management, plausible deniability, and deceit, the Institute for Geotactical Intelligence brandished its sword against those who want to conquer the world. Even though terrorism has occasionally caused our civilisation to shatter, civilisation War III has not yet erupted from the global crucible. David Jones, the one-man army, deserves praise for that.
Instructions

- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to I.G.I. 2: Covert Strike v1.3.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the I.G.I. 2: Covert Strike v1.3 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
