There are many Side Missions in The Section two , not all have been started by NPCs. Some missions unlock some settlements, reach a Level or won’t appear until you are in a specific area.

Odea Tech Office

Questgiver: Justin Boyd in The Theater
Location: Federal Triangle
Objective: Inspect the office
Reward: Blueprint: Improvised Body Armour

Odea Retail Store

Questgiver: Head towards the Downtown East area to start the side mission
Location: Downtown East
Objective: Enter the Odea store
Reward: Theater Upgrade: Battery Storage, Blueprint: Handstop

Police Headquarters

Questgiver: Head towards the Judiciary Square area to start the side mission
Location: Judiciary Square
Objective: Move inside the police station

Museum Water Source

Questgiver: National Mall
Location: National Mall
Objective: Activate the water source

Department of Justice

Questgiver: When the mission is unlocked, go to the side mission marker in Federal Triangle
Location: Federal Triangle
Objective: Destroy an important ammo supply of the True Sons
