More than Ten Desires
Ten Desires is Team Shanghai Alice’s thirteenth main game in the Touhou Project scrolling-shooter series. Ten Desires’ new game mechanics feature divine spirits. These divine spirits can be released when bosses are injured or enemies are killed. The “score value” of the player (number of points awarded for collecting a particular point item at top of screen) is 10 and the blue spirits slightly increase the player’s trance. (See below).
Gray spirits offer a greater increase in the trance gauge. They act as additional Point items and give you the maximum Point value regardless of where they are located on the screen. The bomb meter is increased by 1 point for green spirits, while the life meter is increased by 1 point for purple spirits. Extra lives can be earned at 10 life points per life for the first, 15 for second and 20 for third. No matter how many bombs you have, 10 bomb points are given to each one.
