Cygames Japan published Shadowverse, a digital collectible card game that is free to play. Shadowverse matches consist of two players playing their cards from their deck. Each player is represented with a Leader who has 20 defenses and a starting deck of three cards. The player who first has two evolution points. The player who is second has three. The goal of the player is to decrease the defense of the opponent to 0 or to win with certain cards (e.g. Play Spartacus to get an Enstatued Seraph and a Victory Card. If the opponent draws from an empty deck, you can still win. Each player uses the Play Point resource for playing cards. Each player starts with zero play points orbs. At the beginning of each turn, they gain one play point, up to a maximum of 10. Each player has one play point orb. Play points are replenished at the start of their turn.
