BORDERLANDS 3 JABBER MOGWAI HOW TO DUPLICATE THE BOSS
Jabber Mogwai has the distinction of being one of the most unique Legendary Hunt bosses in Borderlands 3. This is mainly due to its tendency to duplicate under certain conditions. This could be a bug that we would have dismissed, but it may not be.
Mogwai’s name may sound familiar. It’s because it is a reference to the 90s Gremlins. This makes us believe that its duplication might not have been a bug and will not be fixed in future updates, unlike other XP-farming methods.
How do you duplicate Jabber Mogwai’s Borderlands 3?
Borderlands 3 is full of dubious XP farming techniques. We’re certain that some of these will be fixed sooner than expected. The situation with Jabber Mogwai doesn’t look so clear. The Jabber Mogwai is named after Mogwai the gremlin who can reproduce into an almost infinite number of monsters when exposed to certain elements.
You just need to expose Jabber Mogwai (or any other source of Cryo-damage) to any weapon or barrel. The creature will then reproduce. This is a great way to farm loot and XP, especially for endgame-tier challenges.
Jabber Mogwai Location
Jabber Mogwai can be found on the planet Eden-6, where Jakob reigns supreme. After loading the level, head over to the Voracious Capoty region. Hammerlock will notify you of Mogwai’s arrival by sending you an email. Although the map below will show you the exact location, it is no secret and you can see where Jabber Mogwai hides in the game.
We have a guide for you to help you try some of the more risky XP farming methods. Although the most recent patch notes don’t include a fix, it will soon.
