After the death of Emperor Charles IV the Kingdom has fallen into a dark age. War, corruption, and discord have ravaged this jewel in the Holy Roman Empire. Charles IV’s son, Wenceslas has taken the crown.
Wenceslas, unlike his father, is an unambitious, naive monarch. Sigismund, the Red Fox, and his half-brother, King of Hungary Wenceslas, see Wenceslas as weak.

In the midst of this chaos, you are Henry, son of a Blacksmith. A mercenary attack, led by King Sigismund, destroys the village you live in. You are among the survivors, thanks to bittersweet luck.
