Red Dead Online recently received an exciting free update which added new activities. Perfect for anyone itchying to scratch their Western fix ahead of the inevitable release of Red Dead Redemption Remastered later on this year.
Rockstar Games has announced that throughout August they are providing double rewards for select missions and events in Red Dead Online. “Take part in Free Roam Events over five weeks – put your skills against other players while competing head to head in competitive challenges – complete a Free Roam event each week to receive various prizes,” according to their press release.
These rewards include: August 1-6: Reward for earning 5,000 Character XP
August 8-14: Prize for following Treasure Map to O’Creagh’s Run and finding treasure, August 15- 21: 20X Shotgun Explosive Slug Ammo
August 22- 28: 3X Potent Health Cures
August 29 – September 4: 50% discount offer for Stable Slot. Rockstar also hinted at new cases requiring steady aim and outlaw’s aim on the horizon, suggesting something exciting could be coming soon.
