The PlayStation Plus Essential free games scheduled for September 2023 were announced in the early hours, providing a reassuring back to normal for the fans.
Essential tier subscribers have the chance to get PGA Tour 2K23 Dreams as well as Death’s Door, the latter of which I’d love to invite players to try. Premium and Extra tier customers were able to play an additional 17 games on August which include Moving Out 2, Lost Judgement as well as Destiny 2: The Witch Queen. PlayStation Plus will be receiving indie game Sea of Stars on 29 August. The game appears absolutely breathtaking.

Billbil-kun is usually seen appearing out of out of thin air just a few days prior to when PlayStation will officially unveil the game for free and tell us exactly what they will be, 100% precise. It was not clear how they did the thing, but there they did.
Our friend has now began to leak items such as hardware bundles or announcements for games, leaving them with their PlayStation Plus roots behind. They’ve since made a move to Twitter (or an X if you’ve been smacked on the head) to say we’ll see them again on Monday (August 28, 2008)) to tell us what are the PlayStation Plus free games for September will be. As they’ve said, going “back to basics”.
The team will, naturally come back on Monday to inform you of the opinion of billbil-kun on (knows) which free games of September will be. The tweet doesn’t give any information yet, however people are looking at the tweet and believing that September is going to be a tough month due to reasons that aren’t making much sense.
Like always, we’re forced to acknowledge that billbil-kun’s tweet will not provide a definitive confirmation of the fact that these free games will be… however, it’s also true that they’ve never proven wrong.
