Borderlands 4 confirmed by job list
Four years after the launch of Borderlands 3 was released, Borderlands 3, an undiscovered job announcement, could indicate Borderlands 4, arriving much sooner than we expected.
Borderlands is a much-loved shooter game. Borderland was first introduced in 2009. It was followed by Borderlands 2. in 2012 and Borderlands 3.0 in 2019. Between the significant installments, players were also presented with Borderlands Legends, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. Highly praised for its collaborative gameplay and wacky humor, Borderlands is a cult Borderlands series that is highly appreciated and is causing fans to want more.
However, despite Gearbox Software remaining pretty tight-lipped regarding the next installment, a job advertisement on LinkedIn might suggest Borderlands 4, arriving very soon. The news came after a LinkedIn profile of the artist Nicolas Rudowski was discovered there. In the tab for “experience, Rudowski has listed Gearbox Entertainment, where he worked as an environmental artist from November 2021 to April 20, 2023. The game that is mentioned? Borderlands 4.
The findings may indicate that the upcoming installment was in development from 2021 onwards or more time, depending on the date Rudowski was hired. Though this cannot yet be verified, and it is just speculation, we may have Borderlands 4. released earlier than we thought. And, given that Gearbox is part of the Embracer Group, the franchise might look distinct. With a large following and a solid fan base, it is yet to be determined if it can live up to the previous installments.
For now, players can dive into their favorite latest Borderlands sequel, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, released in March 2022 and launched in March 2022. The multiplayer game for cross-platforms follows the crazy Tiny Tina and allows players to create their multi-class character who can shoot, loot, slide, and be slashed through the dungeons full of loot to meet the Dragon Lord.
