Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is a video game that is multi-platform and developed by Ubisoft and released on May 18th the 18th of May, 2010 across North America and on May 20 in Europe.
The most significant new feature is the inclusion of the elemental powers that are power-ups that boost his abilities in battle as well as allowing him access to difficult places. There are four primary power-ups included in the game namely Water, Ice, Fire and Earth. Each one of these powers is able to generate the use of a specific power in combat like the ability to “solidify” water fountains and make them climbable.
Apart from these primary abilities, there are minor abilities that can be bought to boost the abilities of Prince Razia. The minor powers are a shield, as well as the ability to summon tiny tornadoes. Combat in the game has a similar feel to the combat system used within The Sands of Time.
The Prince is in a position to take on multiple foes during a single battle, ranging from as many as 50 enemies at one time. A key aspect of fight includes “crowd control” and evading opponents, and combination attacks. It is not possible to block or quick time events. They are only used to kill enemies in the game.
