The young girl visits this place to learn the details of what transpired and find out the events that transpired on the fateful night. Being a medium, you can observe details anyone else would not be able to see. Every aspect has its downside, and it is not all that the character sees are real.

The protagonist will travel through different worlds and carry out many actions throughout various dimensions to help move along in the intricate plot. The game is filled with terrifying and gruesome moments.

It contains a variety of instances of cruelty and violence. The Medium was made through Blair Witch and Layers of Fear as well as the music is composed by the famous Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka.
