Call of Duty: Warzone Servers Down for Verdansk’s Return
Call of Duty: Warzone is currently offline for a 24-hour downtime in preparation for the highly anticipated return of Verdansk, the game’s first battle royale map. This downtime began on April 2 and will end on April 3, 2025, at 9 AM PT.
While server outages during season launches are common, this one is special. To align with the Season 3 update, Activision is reviving Verdansk after nearly four years, bringing back nostalgic content and gameplay features. Players will need to wait for the countdown timer to finish before accessing the game again.
As a bonus, players who check the in-game menu during the downtime will receive the Kilo 141 Assault Rifle for free, ready to use in the updated version of Verdansk. The update also brings back classic Operators, weapons like the HDR Sniper Rifle, and familiar gameplay elements, such as Contracts and the Gulag Showers.
Although the wait may feel long, the return to Verdansk promises an exciting and nostalgic experience for all Warzone players.
