Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available today and everybody is playing it but you can not expect the start to go off without a hiccup or two. Some users are facing the dreaded”The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 server isn’t available now” error followed by”Error Code: A.B.C.-. E.F.G.H.I.J.K.L.M.-. -. -. Q.R.S.-. U.” and Negative 345 Silver Wolf. There’s also a couple variations of the error but most of them imply the exact same thing.
The error comes up when there’s a problem with the connection between you and the Black Ops 4 servers. We’ll be covering some methods that should fix it for you.
Call of Duty servers
Check online if the servers are down or not, they’re hardly ever down, but it’s better to check just in case.
Hard Reset
Try Hard Resetting your console, Router and Modem. This will refresh your IP and any settings that may have been conflicting between the three devices previously.
Use an Alternative Connection
First try connecting your console directly to your Modem instead of your Router. If that still doesn’t work try using another connection or Hotspot your phone’s Internet. This’ll help us see if the problem is with the network or the console settings.
Try Portforwarding/UPnP/DMZ
We recently went over how to get an Open NAT on Black Ops 4. The guide covers how you can use Portforwarding, UPnP and DMZ to create a seamless connection to the game’s host server. This usually solves all server and network related issues.
Did this guide help you fix the “The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 server is not available at this time” error? Still facing problems? Feel free to ask us any more questions you may have in the comments.
