Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 players on PC are getting Fatal Error code: Error code and 897625509: 174350744 errors. Here’s a couple of steps you can take to fix them.

The Fatal Error code: Error code and 897625509: 174350744 mistakes are very vague although we’re not sure what’s causing them seem to be affecting a great deal of players at Black Ops 4.

The error would pop up in-game as well as when you start the game so it can be very annoying.

Below are some of the solutions that supposedly work to fix these errors:

Scan and Repair

  • Open the Battle.net app
  • Go to the Options menu from the dropdown
  • Select “Scan and Repair”

Reinstall or Update drivers

Some players are reporting the errors stop showing up when they re-install or update their graphic card drivers for their NVIDIA or AMD cards.

If you have Razer hardware try to reinstall drivers for those devices as well as some are reporting them conflicting with the game.

Limit FPS 

You can try to limit your FPS to 240 or below that number, as the game seems to crash when the hardware has it render too many frames.
