Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on PC includes a little issue where many users not about the hardware will confront performance whilst and CPU use enjoying with the sport. We are going to be going more than two methods which will help cure this matter.
The issue stems from processors are detected by Black Ops 4 and manages CPU threads. Our repair will not correct the way but if take strain some load to the problem.
NVIDIA users should go into NVIDIA Control Panel, then Manage 3D Settings, Program Settings and then Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Here set the pre-rendered frames to 1 so that the CPU doesn’t waste resources preparing frames for the GPU before they’re ready to be drawn. AMD users should do the same with their driver suite.

We’ll be focusing on two main settings here, both of which can only be accessed from this config file and not the in-game settings:
worker_threads
threaded_rendering
First you should check and note down what your default numbers were, most users who had the problem had numbers like worker_threads 2 and threaded_rendering 0.
First you need to change the value of threaded_rendering to 1.
After this experiment a bit with the worker_threads settings to see what best suits your processor. The best setting for this game that players report are using one less worker_threads than your PC’s threads. If that doesn’t work, try another value that may better work for your specific processor.
After making the change save your config file and make sure that you’ve applied this setting to make sure it doesn’t get reset on each startup.
