The Elder Scrolls: Blades delayed on Switch until early 2020

Initially booked to discharge this Fall, Bethesda Softworks declared today that The Elder Scrolls: Blades for Switch has been deferred until mid 2020.

Per Bethesda, the purpose for the postponement is that they need extra time to clean the game. While there’s no clear discharge date yet, The Elder Scrolls: Blades is planned for discharge at some point in mid 2020.

“We know how energetic our players are to plunge into Blades on the Nintendo Switch and we’ve been working diligently to get it going,” Bethesda said in an ongoing blog entry. “Lamentably, in the midst of the various changes we’re making to Blades, we’ve needed to postpone our Switch discharge until mid 2020. We can hardly wait until you can start your journey in Blades on the Switch, and we’re sure this extra time will let us convey the cleaned interactivity our fans merit. We profoundly value your understanding! As we’ve referenced in a past Town Hall, PvP matches will be cross-stage between versatile variants and the Switch adaptation when it discharges.”
