Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will reportedly get a massive expansion in DLC that is God Of War-style. It could include up to 40 hours of new content.

This rumor is based on trusted Battlefield and Call Of Duty leaker Tom Henderson. Henderson claims that the significant DLC will most likely be available in March 2022. He also said that another more minor expansion would be revealed at The Game Awards later in the week.

Ubisoft announced this year that the open-world Viking adventure was such a success that there would be more story expansions than the ones currently available in Ireland and Paris.

The mysterious teaser below was shown during E3 and announced that Eivor’s story would continue into 2022. However, the nature of this DLC is still unknown.

This could be the God Of War-style DLC that is the Dawn Of Ragnarokexpansion we first heard of back in October.

j0nathan, a well-known Assassin’s Creed insider, shared a video containing alleged details about the Expansion. The new adventure would be fantasy-based and take players to Svartalfheim to meet the dwarves. According to insiders, Eivor will fight against the evil Surtr, his Muspel warriors.

Fans with an eagle-eyed eye will know that the E3 teaser for other Assassin Creed ValhallaDLC pointed to Muspelheim and not Svartalfheim. We may see a smaller content drop in December that focuses on the latter, while March 22’s Expansion brings Svartalfheim and Dawn Of Ragnarok with him.

It’s all rumor at the moment, but we will hopefully find out more about Assassins Creed Valhalla 2022 plans during The Game Awards, December 10, at 1 am GMT. Do you want to stay up? I’m not.
