Did someone ask for some more Resident Evil? They did. Gamers never stop asking for things.

Capcom was first spotted on Twitter by @cvxfreak (and reported by GamesRadar), and recently updated their website. They have added a lot of screenshots, assets, and descriptions for Resident Evil Code Veronica, Outbreak File 2 and Outbreak File 2 to the history page.

Fans noticed that the Outbreak alligators, hyenas and other animals were rendered in new renders. These renders don’t seem to be simply upscaled. They look suspiciously polished and slightly different from the renders in the original game. This has led to speculation about a remake or remaster.

“I still hope they’ll bring back outbreak in any form. that even if it was a single player rerelease. “If they just port [ code: Veronicaoutbreak or outbreak], with online functionality such as the recent fighting collection [I will] be happy,” wrote @Shadow_Hunter_6.

was released on the in 2003. So, given its almost 20-year history, I don’t think anyone would complain if we see a remake or a new version. It makes a lot more sense than until Dawn getting one.

It is not the only Resident Evil game that is rumoured to be undergoing a remake. The internet has been hyped up about the possibility of a new and improved Resident Evil4 since a while. A report published earlier this month suggests that it may be announced in the early part of this year. It will likely be more spooky than the original and include more gameplay during the night. Interesting. It’s not unreasonable to expect a remake of everything. Right. Continue.
