Steam offers four massively underappreciated games as free downloads right now – so be quick and take advantage of it while it lasts!
As expected, Steam Freebie Month has arrived! Among all its over 100,000 games available on Steam is an abundance of totally free titles; at present there are 6,349 such offerings in its digital storefront that you can take advantage of at this very moment!
At first, trying to navigate all those freebies may feel daunting; I can attest that writing out an exhaustive list would also be daunting – so here are four free Steam games you may have missed that might interest you!
On to 3on3 FreeStyle: Rebound, which is an immersive real-time multiplayer basketball game featuring an engaging cast. As players attempt slam dunks, alley-oops, flashy no-look passes and clutch outside shots they are encouraged to go for “rim-shaking dunks, incredible alley-oops, flashy no-look passes and clutch outside shots – these feats should lead to exciting thrills”. You can check it out here.
Quantum Tripper, an eye-melting FPS game which challenges players with shooting targets inside an intricate 3D labyrinth. I admit it hurt my eyes to look at its store page images but perhaps that is part of its challenge? Check it out here (but maybe wear some sunglasses first ;-).
“You Doesn’t Exist” is an intriguing pixel art adventure game which “explores all aspects of RPG genre, breaking all its rules to create something fresh”. Based on its description and visuals alone, this seems to be a very self-aware game with charming retro visuals that stand out as unique! Take a look here.
HaberDashers is a cutesy racing game in which tiny racers zoom around tracks set within everyday homes full of gigantic household objects – ideal for solo or multiplayer play! Check its store page here.
All these games appear to be permanently free-to-play, meaning there’s no need to claim limited-time offers just so you can enjoy playing them.
