Starfield confirms you can take an all-out stealth archer approach in space.
Starfield offers many exciting surprises, but perhaps none more so than this latest development: Skyrim fans might just recognize an iconic build coming our way… with Stealth Archer possibly joining our ranks!
Where should I begin when discussing Starfield? Well, there will be over 1,000 planets, of which only 10% contain life. All other planets offer valuable resources – providing plenty of ways to keep busy! New Atlantis stands as Bethesda’s biggest city yet and Game Pass subscribers can pre-download its full file size; its main story campaign may not last as long though completionists might play through for quite a long while as there’s much to discover here, not least Stealth Archer!
Reddit user OkPain2022 took to Reddit recently and posted an image from Starfield’s recent gameplay showcase, captioned with, “Sneak Attack Bonus Damage is Back,” signaling their delight that sneak attack bonus damage had returned – making the return even more welcome among Skyrim Stealth Archer enthusiasts who should feel right at home in Starfield! Needless to say, fans were highly enthusiastic.
User drneeley wrote, “All roads lead to rolling a Stealth Archer,” while Titan7771 agreed with this sentiment, writing, “Stealth Archers rejoice.” Scylla294 expressed hope there would be stealth systems implemented on ships as well. These might involve turning off engines and drifting forward until targets come within range or one shot weapons that instantly disable one for stealth boarding (or stealth boarding!). Ship combat can often become very one-dimensional so adding variety would add welcome variety.
Many fans noted they might get too carried away when first diving into Starfield to successfully execute perfect stealth attacks, so they planned on saving one for later playthroughs as an “Archer Stealth build.” Personally speaking, I cannot wait for Starfield’s release so I can put this game into my hands!
