Fans have repeatedly touted The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as one of the greatest videogames ever released and I cannot disagree with their praise.

At first, The Witcher 3 can seem slow-going; but, if you persevere past those initial hours, the experience can become one of the finest ever in gaming. As with other RPGs however, dialogue must first be dealt with to learn about its world before moving onto main events. PlayStation Plus premium tier subscribers have access to four hours of The Witcher right now via free trials; so now could be a perfect time for fans who were left wanting more after season three of Netflix’s The Witcher to jump right in – no better time for that than now if that season’s Netflix adaptation left you yearning for more! I suspect those here must already be fans, who like many others just can’t stop talking about The Witcher – something which all can agree is highly anticipated if anything.

Reddit user blackwolf57 posted to Reddit with this screenshot from 2020 titled, “Found This Old Screenshot Of The Witcher 3 I Played Back In 2020 & it Is One Of My Faves Ever Played. Absolutely loved It. Desiderius_ni agreed and wrote about playing eight hours straight of The Witcher 3 when it first released; vivid sunset memories along with Geralt’s sword bopping along on his back caught my imagination so completely that all I wanted was just taking him on one big solo road-trip with Roach as my only companionship.”

Unusedtruth noted, “I just started my first playthrough recently (about 50 hours in) and holy hell am I glad I waited this long? This game truly ranks among my top ten games ever.” And Zorewin agreed; commenting, “Best game ever seen and nothing compares. Nothing else compares.”

As fans, we are fortunate that there are so many Witcher games in development. There’s a brand new trilogy in development – though not named The Witcher 4 – possibly hinting towards new protagonist/soft reboot situation; as well as multiplayer version and remake of first game to keep us engaged for some time to come! So much delicious anticipation to look forward to. We are truly feasting well.
