Lords of the Fallen will be among the most anticipated Soulsborne releases of 2023.

Lords of the Fallen was developed by Hexworks and is the sequel to the 2014 release of the original game of the name. It’s available for Windows PC PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. In Lords Of The Fallen 2023, the Adyrian tyranny may have ended but Adyr’s sinister influence still plagues Axiom.

Opening Night Live at Gamescom featured a new, gruesome trailer with plenty of intense gameplay. This was the first time we had seen this area in the game. The ‘groundbreaking dual-realm’ mechanic was also demonstrated, as were its “brutal melee combat, ranged combat, and magic”.

Cezar Virtosu, the creative director of Lords of the Fallen proudly displayed the Dark Souls influences on his sleeves in an Interview from February 2023. He explained, “Our strategy is that we are Dark Souls 4.5”. We will have the semi-open-world that everyone wants, with a more vertical level design. That’s also what we desire. Each level is branched out to other levels in a T shape, just like the intersection of two roads. Every three levels are looped back on themselves. “It’s like a pretzel chain.”

Press release: “Taking place over a thousand year after the events of the previous game, Lords of the Fallen presents a brand new adventure set in an interconnected, vast world that is five times bigger than the original,” the statement reads. The expansive RPG is filled with NPC missions, engaging characters and rich story. Players will have to design their hero first before they tackle the single-player campaign. The option will be available to have a second person join them in their quest for uninterrupted online coo-op, a brand new feature.

S on Friday 13 October 2023 and hopefully, it won’t be unlucky for some.
