You must be a gamer if you are reading this. As much as all of us love to game, it is impossible for anyone to be able play each and every one. The dreaded “backlog” is something we’ve heard about before. It’s that list of titles you keep saying you will play, but never do.

You know what happens when a game gets a sequel. They are often better and bigger. You’re probably all rushing through the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Miles Morales. You may have been intrigued by Alan Wake 2 or are trying to complete Alan Wake remastered. Payday3 is also on its way. A very cool gameplay video has already been released. If you haven’t yet caught up with the series, Steam is offering Payday 2 for just PS1/$1.

That’s right. Steam, as reported in ComicBook is currently running an enticing sale. The price is reduced by 90%, which means that in the US you’ll only pay $1. In the UK it will cost just 89p. There aren’t many better deals than this, except if the game was free.

Payday 2 by Overkill Software was first released in the early 2000s to positive reviews. The game received a Metacritic score of 79, which is a respectable one. GamingTrend wrote that Payday 2 brought something new to the table. The gameplay is intense and often heart-pounding, from fear of detection during a stealth or attack mission to the thrill that comes with surviving an assault.

The $1 deal is not known for how long, so grab it now if you want to play Payday 2.
