GTA VI fans may seem like an unusual bunch, but I genuinely respect their commitment to an unfamiliar game (at least on an official level).

Rockstar Games remains tight-lipped on GTA VI details, yet an unprecedented online leak appeared last year has been meticulously examined by fans for months – and what they have uncovered is truly astonishing!

Since GTA VI leaked, fans have been crafting an unofficial map from gameplay footage taken from GTA VI and assembled using coordinates gleaned from its gameplay. Unfortunately, not everyone is pleased with what has emerged thus far – though to be fair this map may only provide approximates given it has been built with footage taken directly from in-development games and not been professionally built to begin with – that hasn’t stopped people getting angry though!

“10 years in development of GTA V and Vice City remains virtually identical in size to Los Santos? I hope not; hopefully we see much larger urban areas,” wrote Reddit user pk10534 in response to those making comparisons between it and GTA V’s map. Another Reddit user noted: “Yikes! and you thought GTA V had lots of empty space!” “Whew,” one Redditor stated “and GTA V had plenty of emptiness”. “Yikes”, added user dubbs911. “Yikes!” added another Reddit user named Dubbs911, who said about GTA V:” “Yikes!” Reddit user dubbs911, talking about GTA V’s map:

GTA VI may feature a map with both smaller and denser areas than that found in GTA V; so even if its appearance remains similar in terms of total space, expect plenty more to discover in terms of things to see and do! Size doesn’t always translate to better!
