As per reports from Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier, the Star Wars: KOTOR remake is currently being developed. Schreier stated that the game might not be released, however, development is underway on this game as of the time at the time of this writing.

“Can’t say whether the KOTOR Remake will ever actually *come out*, but yes, two people from Saber Interactive tell me they’re still on it, despite recent rumours that nobody is working on the game,” the reporter said. “Saber took the project from Aspyr last year, as Bloomberg reported then.”

Schreier said that a recently held demo of”the” Star Wars: KOTOR remake did not impress certain people. On the other hand, there were a lot of parties who were involved in the project -such are referred to as Sony or LucasArts had a disagreement over the nature of the project.

“The Demo of KOTOR was not particularly bad or anything similar to that. There was a confusion between the various participants on the scope and the extent of advancement they can make in any given timeframe,” they explained.
