As GTA VI only released its initial trailer recently, details remain scarce at present and speculations abound regarding any details revealed thus far. As such, speculations continue to flourish within gaming circles about possible plot details from GTA VI that might come true during production.

Once Rockstar Games released the initial trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI, social media quickly went into overdrive and was impossible to avoid any mention of this iconic franchise from Rockstar Games. Fans are already looking forward to when another GTA VI trailer may drop.

There has been much talk regarding Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips and Franklin Clinton from GTA V making an appearance in future games; no major spoilers will be disclosed here; depending on how your choices unfold near its conclusion in GTA V they could all potentially survive and this speculation has given way to today’s focus: Michael De Santa.

Ned Luke from Michael De Santa was visibly taken aback when Larry Lawton mentioned Ned Luke appearing in GTA VI during an interview. Lawton stated during the introduction to their conversation that Ned Luke played both characters; an attempt was immediately made by Luke himself to correct Lawton on this statement immediately following.

Uncertain of whether or not Ned Luke actually is involved, the interviewer dropped this hint as an unexpected getcha moment or believed him genuinely, yet according to Luke’s expression on Reddit he seemed surprised and taken aback by it all. While fans speculate over any meaning this might hold.

Salty-Question7044 started this thread by asking whether Michael will appear in GTA VI. “Ned Luke responded quickly when announced as such by moderator; quickly trying to change subject.”

“He may have tried to change the subject to avoid getting drawn into some ridiculous rumor mill that would embarrass himself in the end by having to retract or correct all sorts of made up statements,” according to WhatsHeBuilding. He kept away from saying ‘I am not involved with GTA VI,’ instead preferring instead mentioning GTA VI being unknown at present – perhaps telling Larry ahead of an interview which now seems regretful,” replied njbmartin.

Only time will tell whether Ned Luke reprises his role from GTA V alongside its two main protagonists in GTA VI when it is released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2025.
