Forza Horizon 4 upgrade (April 18) patch notes is now available for gamers on Xbox One and PC. According to the official patch notes, the newest update includes cross platform fixes and gameplay improvements.Apart in this, the new update also included stability and performance improvements.
Previously, a large April update premiered with the newest Barrett-Jackson Car Bundle, a brand new game mode — Drift Adventure and more. Regrettably, since the previous patch, many gamers were undergoing a number of issues when attempting to play with the game online. Today’s patch is expected to correct a few of those issues. - Remove Car Pass Welcome Back screen.
- Fix to the ranked Drift Adventure series rewards UI to show progress and rewards earned.

- Fixed an issue with Fred V & Grafix – Sunrise not being available on the Hospital Records radio station.
- Added stability and performance improvements.
