Just when we thought Hogwarts Legacy had exhausted itself of surprises, one player has discovered something shocking hidden away within its open world that I find absolutely befuddling.
Harry Potter fans have certainly taken pride in being meticulous during their Hogwarts Legacy playthroughs since its launch. From finding Easter eggs and references, to plotting Dumbledore’s fall from Astrology Tower (don’t ask), no detail has gone uncovered by players – or so we thought.
Reddit user pastadudde reported finding an anonymous student sitting alone on Hogsmeade Valley at night using only dim lantern light to write notes amidst piles of books; that wasn’t frightening at all.”
“These exams are REALLY stressing them out… they’re studying anywhere now,” FuzzyAwareness5659 noted. teh_stev3 suggested they start taking attendance as half these students are often outside class most days.
What exactly are they doing out there? No doubt the mysterious circumstances don’t help explain their behavior, but Redditors pointed out they weren’t alone: JARlaah commented they too looked out-of-place there: “He is making this post about you as we speak” was another comment by _friedliver.
But this situation still seems odd and makes one question whether other students might also have been lurking about.
