Although official announcement is likely not coming until next year at least, fans are hoping the developers deliver yet another immersive campaign and multiplayer experience to satisfy fans’ hopes for another thrilling multiplayer battle royale experience.
An actor recently made headlines when they revealed information regarding the protagonist that will feature in its single player mode and potential setting of its single-player experience.
Call of Duty 2024 Actor Accidentally Unveils New Character
According to Insider Gaming, actor Luke Charles Stafford appears to be helping with development for Call of Duty 2024, widely believed to be a sequel of Black Ops Cold War. Luke Charles Stafford posted several photos from within a motion capture facility as seen here – suggesting his likeness is being used for one of its main protagonists known as Ratcliffe!
Stafford’s post may indicate that Ratcliffe could be inspired by former British Army veteran Peter Ratcliffe who took part in the Gulf War as part of Parachute Regiment and SAS units and received the Distinguished Conduct Medal during this time.
Ratcliffe being named as the protagonist for Call of Duty 2024 would imply that its events will take place during the Gulf War.
Call of Duty 2024 has yet to receive an official release date, though we anticipate its debut during Q4. Based on Black Ops Cold War’s launch date we believe Call of Duty 2024 may launch sometime between late October or early November; only time will tell!
As it currently stands, Treyarch may want to wait before providing more insight on its latest project. For now though, take this post with a pinch of salt until they provide additional details.
