Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will always remain one of the great games ever, yet visually it hasn’t stood the test of time very well.
With classic N64 graphics still having plenty of charm, many Ocarina of Time fans may have at some point imagined what its new-gen remake might entail. Unfortunately, that appears unlikely given that Ocarina of Time already received an official remake in 2011 on Nintendo 3DS, which added some wonderful quality of life upgrades but is limited due to being designed specifically for portable use and therefore doesn’t look quite as spectacular; something we still miss today with HD re-imaginings such as Final Fantasy VII on PS2 being developed just because!

CryZENx may be familiar to you already – this YouTube creator and talented Unreal Engine developer has been hard at work on an Ocarina of Time remake for quite some time, with updates posted regularly here at GAMINGbible regarding this effort.
Although CryZENx was initially being developed using Unreal Engine 4, last year they made the transition to Unreal Engine 5 – and as a result have seen visual upgrades significantly improve as evidenced in this video highlighting inside of Great Deku Tree.
