EA CEO Andy House recently expressed interest in more Cal Kestis Star Wars games, hinting that another Star Wars Jedi game might soon follow suit.

Due to the success of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, fans should anticipate another installment to complete its trilogy. While its ending left enough room for continued storytelling in future installments, exactly where Cal Kestis and his friends may go next remains uncertain.

EA appears to be considering opportunities for a third game featuring Cal Kestis as its CEO has expressed enthusiasm about including him in future projects.

EA CEO Andrew Wilson shared insights during a first quarter earnings call regarding EA’s successes and setbacks, such as its Star Wars brand being profitable again this quarter.

Wilson elaborated: “Our teams are continually brainstorming how we can deliver new experiences to fans of Star Wars games and movies, such as Jedi: Fallen Order. Personally, I would love to see even more in this incredible story-driven franchise over time.”

He continued: “While our opinion may be slightly subjective, based on feedback we’ve been getting from our community and quality of this product it stands out among its rivals in 2018. Furthermore, it will likely remain one of the key components in Star Wars galaxy for years to come.”

It will be exciting to compare how Star Wars Jedi compares with Star Wars Outlaws, which shifts away from conflict between Jedi and The Empire and instead explores galactic criminal underworld elements. Outlaws is being developed by Ubisoft and features an expansive open world environment comparable to what you find in an Assassin’s Creed title in terms of size and scope.

Jedi: Survivor will soon make its debut on Xbox One and PS4. Both ports are currently under active development so that Jedi can fully utilize current-gen hardware capabilities.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is currently available to be purchased for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC platforms.
